Terms of Service
These terms form the agreement between you and Calibre when you create an account, purchase credits and use our AI recommendations or marketplace services.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
01The service
Calibre provides AI-generated gaming setup recommendations, setup analysis, upgrade advice and access to a marketplace of independent hardware professionals.
All performance figures shown on the site are estimates produced by our models, not certified benchmark results, and actual results depend on your specific hardware, drivers and game settings.
02Accounts
An account is created during checkout. You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential; passwords must be at least eight characters long.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
03Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance used to pay for analyses, consultations and professional services. One credit costs 0.10 EUR; prices in other currencies are converted at the market reference rate shown at checkout.
The minimum order is 50 credits. Credits are not a currency, carry no cash value outside Calibre and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Credits are added to your balance only after payment for the order has cleared. Until then, the account shows the order as awaiting payment and paid features stay locked.
04Payment
Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Bank details and a payment reference are emailed to you immediately after you place the order.
Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and cannot be selected until they launch.
Orders that remain unpaid for 14 days may be cancelled automatically.
05Marketplace services
Professionals listed in the marketplace are independent providers. Calibre verifies their listings and handles credit-based billing, but the service itself is delivered by the professional.
Credits are deducted when a session is confirmed. Cancellation windows are shown on each booking.
06Acceptable use and termination
You agree to use Calibre in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud or abuse the credit system.
On termination, unused credits purchased and paid for may be refunded in line with the Refund Policy.
07Liability
Calibre is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the credits you purchased in the preceding twelve months.
We are not liable for hardware damage caused by third-party components, incorrect self-assembly or modifications made outside a booked professional service.
