Refund Policy

Unused credits from a paid order can be refunded within 14 days of payment. The refund is calculated at the price actually paid, including any promotional discount applied at checkout.

Partially used orders are refunded proportionally: credits already spent on a delivered analysis or professional session are not refundable.

An order that has not been paid can be cancelled at any time at no cost. Simply do not send the bank transfer and the order expires after 14 days, or contact support to cancel immediately.

A booked session can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start, and the credits return to your balance immediately.

If a professional does not attend a confirmed session, the full credit amount is returned and a priority rebooking is offered.

If a delivered service does not match its description, open a dispute within 7 days and we will review the session record before returning credits.

Completed AI analyses, delivered consultations and completed optimization or assembly work are not refundable once delivered.

Promotional credits granted as a bonus have no cash value and are not refundable.

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account used for the transfer within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are always issued in the currency of the original payment.
