One account per person. Do not share credentials, resell access or create accounts to claim the first-registration promotional discount more than once.

Provide accurate billing details. Bank transfers sent from an account under a materially different name may be held for verification.

Credits may be used only for Calibre analyses, consultations and marketplace services. Trading, reselling or converting credits outside the platform is prohibited.

Reversing a settled payment after the corresponding services were delivered is treated as fraud and results in account suspension.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls on any part of the service.

Do not submit content designed to manipulate AI recommendations, inflate ratings or post fake reviews of professionals.

Do not upload malware or attempt to interfere with other users' accounts or bookings.

Treat professionals respectfully, arrive on time for booked sessions and keep communication within the platform so disputes can be reviewed fairly.

Professionals must deliver what their listing describes and must not solicit off-platform payment.

Breaches may lead to a warning, suspension of paid features, cancellation of pending orders or permanent termination, depending on severity.
